Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take for my parcel to be shipped out after payment is made?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after payment has been made. However, if your purchase consists of an item under BACKORDER status, we will only ship your parcel after the backorder item arrive. If you wish to receive your ready stock item upfront, you may contact us at 0126949458/0129622613 to arrange for the delivery. Extra charges may apply if you wish to deliver the items separately. 


What courier service does Bash use to deliver my parcels?

We use NINJAVAN for both local and international delivery. More information about Ninjavan can be found here


What if my parcel goes missing?

Once parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service. However, we will try our best to liaise with the courier service on behalf of the customer.



* Flat rate delivery may not apply to heavier product such as bags or shoes




We also provide self pick up and cash on delivery (COD) service at Taman Megah. However, it will be subjected to our avaibility as this service is free.

Bash reserves the right to reschedule any COD due to personal or official reasons. 

Please expect a delay in reply if your messages are sent after 8pm and on Saturday and Sunday.
