Return & Refund Policy

There will be no exchange or refund on any purchase made. 


Return or exchange can only be done if there is any major defect of products or a wrong order has been delivered. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.


All refunds will be given in terms of equivalent BASH Clothing Shopping Credit, to be used on


We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their store credit refund after 3 working days after the confirmation. 


Defect Item 

  • 1 to 1 exchange of the same item you have purchased
  • You may also opt for a refund in store credit of the EQUIVALENT amount
  • If the defect is found to be a minor stain removable by wash, we will refund partially* in terms of store credit and you get to keep the item

  • 1 to 1 exchange of the same item you have purchased

How to apply for return or refund : 

1. Send a photo of the defected item / wrong item to [email protected] with the title "REFUND / RETURN - Order #XXXX" ( please provide your order number for quicker response!)

2. Wait for a reply.

3. Return your item via courier service ( return to address below!) or drop it off at our HQ @ SUNWAY GEO AVENUE.

4. Receive your refunds via store credit!
